Please do not provide sensitive personal data through our forms or contact channels unless strictly necessary and expressly requested by MayCloud.

• Detect, prevent, and address misuse, abuse, or security incidents.
• Comply with applicable legal, tax, administrative, or contractual obligations.

4. Technology services and providers

MayCloud uses infrastructure and services provided by third parties to operate its digital services. These providers may process technical or personal information to the extent necessary to provide their services.

• IONOS, for technology infrastructure, hosting, domain, and email services.
• Cloudflare, for security, protection, and the operation of site and form components.
• Cloudinary, for the storage, management, and delivery of certain multimedia resources.
• Google, including analytics services used to understand website operation and use.
• Some providers may operate infrastructure outside Mexico; information may therefore be processed or stored in other countries in accordance with the nature of the service and applicable law.

5. Data transfers and disclosures

MayCloud does not market or sell personal data.

Data may be disclosed to or processed by providers acting on MayCloud’s behalf when necessary to operate the site, provide technology infrastructure, administer communications, maintain security, or provide requested services.

We may also disclose information when required by law, a competent authority, or a court order, or to establish, exercise, or defend a legal right. When a transfer requires consent, we will request it in advance.

6. Data retention

MayCloud retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, maintain the relevant relationship, and meet applicable legal, contractual, tax, administrative, or security obligations.

Prospect and contact-request records may be kept while a legitimate purpose exists for commercial follow-up or communications with the interested person.

When data is no longer necessary and there is no legal obligation or justification to keep it, it will be blocked and subsequently deleted. You may request cancellation as described in this Notice.

7. ARCO rights

Under applicable Mexican law, data subjects may exercise the following rights:

• Access: learn which personal data we retain and the conditions under which it is processed.
• Rectification: request correction or updating of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data.
• Cancellation: request deletion of personal data when legally appropriate.
• Objection: request that personal data not be processed for certain purposes when applicable.

8. Procedure for exercising ARCO rights

To exercise any ARCO right, send a request to contacto@maycloud.mx. The request must include at least:

• The data subject’s name.
• A means of receiving communications about the request.
• A clear description of the right you wish to exercise.
• A description of the personal data related to the request.
• Information that allows us to locate the relevant data.
• When identity verification is necessary, MayCloud may request reasonably necessary additional information or documentation.
• MayCloud will respond within the time limits established by law. Exercising ARCO rights is free of charge, without prejudice to costs permitted by applicable law.

9. Withdrawal of consent and restriction of processing

When processing is based on consent, you may request its withdrawal where legally appropriate. You may also request restriction of the use or disclosure of certain data by writing to contacto@maycloud.mx.

Withdrawal will not have retroactive effect or prevent processing that must continue because of legal obligations or another basis permitted by applicable law.

10. Information security

MayCloud adopts reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal data against loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized access, disclosure, or processing. Nevertheless, no electronic system is entirely risk-free.

If a security breach significantly affects data subjects’ rights, the appropriate notices and actions will be carried out in accordance with applicable law.

11. Children’s data

MayCloud’s services and contact mechanisms are intended for adults and people legally capable of requesting or engaging our services. MayCloud does not knowingly seek to collect children’s personal data.

If we learn that a child’s data was provided without the legally required involvement or authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it where appropriate.

12. Third-party sites and services

Our site may contain links to or integrations with third-party sites, platforms, or services. MayCloud does not control their privacy practices. When you leave our site or interact directly with an external service, your data may be subject to that third party’s privacy notices and policies.

13. International users

MayCloud operates from Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico, and may receive requests from different countries. Processing performed directly by MayCloud is primarily governed by Mexican law, without prejudice to additional rights or obligations applicable in a particular jurisdiction.

The site’s availability in Spanish and English does not limit MayCloud’s ability to respond to requests from other countries.

MayCloud may modify this Notice because of legal, regulatory, technical, operational, or service-related changes. The current version will be available at maycloud.mx and will state its latest update date.

When changes are material and required by law, additional means may be used to inform data subjects.
