Welcome to MayCloud.
These Terms and Conditions of Use govern access to, browsing of, and use of the maycloud.mx website, including its forms, contact channels, and other available features.
By accessing or using this site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
1. Operator identification
The maycloud.mx website is operated by Raúl Joaquín May Canul, who does business under the name MayCloud and is located in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico.

2. Purpose of the site
MayCloud provides technology services including the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of digital and software solutions.
The site provides information about MayCloud, its capabilities, and its services, and facilitates contact between prospective clients and MayCloud.
Site information is general and informational and does not constitute a binding contractual offer unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Users and legal capacity
The site and MayCloud’s commercial services are intended for people aged 18 or older who have sufficient legal capacity to make requests and enter into the relevant agreements.
Anyone acting for a company, organization, or third party represents that they have the necessary authority or authorization.
4. Information requests and contact
Users may contact MayCloud through the available forms and contact channels. Sending a communication:
- Does not by itself constitute the engagement of a service.
- Does not require the user to engage MayCloud.
- Does not require MayCloud to accept a project or provide a service.
- Does not automatically establish a contractual relationship.
- MayCloud may request additional information to understand a project’s scope and feasibility.
- MayCloud may decline requests outside its capabilities or availability, involving unacceptable risks, or related to unlawful activities.
5. Quotation and engagement process
The commercial process may include contact, needs analysis, a quotation or proposal, acceptance, contractual formalization, and service delivery. A proposal does not necessarily mean work will begin immediately.
Each proposal may establish its own conditions, including:
- Scope, deliverables, price, currency, and applicable taxes.
- Payment method and schedule and proposal validity.
- Estimated time frames, dependencies, and each party’s responsibilities.
- Exclusions and specific conditions.
- After a proposal expires, MayCloud may maintain, withdraw, or change it, including its price, scope, availability, and estimated timing.
6. Engagement of services
Specific service conditions may be formalized through a contract, accepted proposal, statement of work, or another applicable instrument. It may cover scope, deliverables, schedule, payments, deposits, obligations, changes, acceptance, intellectual property, licenses, confidentiality, infrastructure, third parties, support, warranties, maintenance, cancellation, termination, refunds, and liability.
If these general Terms conflict with a specific client agreement, the specific agreement governs the contracted service unless applicable law provides otherwise.
7. Prices and payments
MayCloud does not currently process payments or service engagements directly through maycloud.mx.
Prices depend on each project’s scope and will be stated in the relevant documentation. Any amount communicated before a formal quotation is preliminary and may change.
Payment, deposits, invoicing, taxes, cancellation, and refund terms will be established for each engagement.
8. Scope changes
Requests made after a project scope is defined or approved may change costs, timing, deliverables, and other conditions. The applicable process will be established in the project documentation.
Site information does not commit MayCloud to include additional functionality, technology, or modifications without evaluation and agreement by the parties.
9. Intellectual property of the site
Unless stated otherwise, maycloud.mx design, structure, visual identity, logos, text, graphics, code, original components, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Access does not grant ownership rights. MayCloud content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, commercially exploited, or otherwise used without authorization, except as permitted by law.
10. Third-party trademarks, technologies, and content
The site may include elements owned by third parties. They remain the property of their respective owners, and their inclusion transfers no rights to MayCloud or the user.
References to external technologies, platforms, or providers do not necessarily imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
11. Portfolio and client projects
MayCloud may display projects or case studies when authorized or otherwise lawfully permitted. Client and third-party trademarks and materials remain their owners’ property.
Publication does not make MayCloud the owner of client assets and will comply with agreed confidentiality obligations or publication restrictions.
12. Intellectual property of commissioned projects
Rights in software, source code, designs, documentation, databases, configurations, developments, and other deliverables will be determined by the relevant agreement.
These Terms do not automatically assign intellectual property rights. Third-party components and technologies remain subject to their respective licenses.
13. Third-party services and technologies
Projects may use or depend on third-party products and services, including:
- Hosting, infrastructure, and cloud services.
- APIs, managed databases, and email services.
- Artificial intelligence platforms and payment services.
- Storage, analytics, mapping, geolocation, and security services.
- Third-party libraries, frameworks, and software.
- Providers may independently change pricing, policies, features, limits, availability, APIs, or terms. Related responsibilities and costs may be specified in each agreement.
14. Warranties, support, and maintenance
MayCloud may offer post-delivery warranties, support, maintenance, or service plans. Their existence, duration, scope, exclusions, and conditions will be expressly stated in the relevant documentation.
Engaging a project does not automatically include indefinite support or maintenance.
15. Project cancellation and termination
Conditions for cancelling, suspending, or terminating a project are those in its agreement and may account for payments, completed work, expenses, third-party commitments, deliverables, and existing obligations.
These general Terms do not by themselves establish an automatic right to a refund.
16. Permitted use of the site
You agree to use maycloud.mx lawfully. You may not:
- Engage in activities contrary to applicable law.
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, servers, or information.
- Distribute malware or code intended to compromise systems.
- Commit fraud, impersonation, or deceptive activities.
- Send abusive or automated communications or attempt to overwhelm services.
- Evade security mechanisms, infringe third-party rights, or request tools intended for unlawful activities.
- MayCloud may reject requests, limit interactions, and take technical or legal action in response to prohibited use.
17. Site availability
MayCloud seeks to keep the site available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Interruptions may result from maintenance, updates, failures, third parties, security incidents, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
MayCloud may modify, update, suspend, or withdraw features when necessary.
18. Site information
MayCloud seeks to publish clear and reasonably current information, although technologies, services, and capabilities may evolve.
General site information does not replace a quotation, proposal, technical specification, or contract for a specific project.
19. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MayCloud is not liable for damage arising exclusively from misuse of the site, user conduct contrary to these Terms, or circumstances beyond MayCloud’s reasonable control.
Liability for contracted services is governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
20. External links
Maycloud.mx may link to third-party resources. MayCloud does not necessarily control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Access is subject to their operators’ terms and policies.
21. Privacy and data protection
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Notice. Storage, measurement, and tracking technologies may also be governed by our Cookie Policy. Both documents form part of the informational framework for use of the site.
22. International users
MayCloud operates from Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico, and may receive international requests. International availability does not mean every service is appropriate or available in every jurisdiction.
Jurisdiction-specific legal, regulatory, tax, technical, or commercial requirements may be evaluated during analysis and engagement.
23. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Where legally applicable, disputes concerning site use will be submitted to the competent authorities and courts of Quintana Roo, Mexico, without prejudice to non-waivable rights.
Subsequent client agreements may contain specific provisions on governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution, or arbitration.
24. Amendments
MayCloud may update these Terms because of legal, technical, operational, or service-related changes. The current version will be published at maycloud.mx with its latest update date.
Changes will not retroactively alter existing agreements unless the parties agree or applicable law provides otherwise.
25. Severability
If a competent authority finds any provision invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
